Event: Screening of the movie Dancer
About: The story of the bad boy of ballet! A rebel, genius, and loner, Polunin made a splash in the ballet world when he became the youngest soloist of the Royal Ballet of London in its history, and then at the peak of his glory suddenly left out of a desire for independence and freedom, though the radical choice was fraught with self-destruction. The film also talks about the cooperation between Polunin and the famous photographer David LaChapelle, who withdrew his expressive dance musician Hozier video Take Me to Church, in an instant, which has become an absolute hit.
